Delivery & Returns Policy

As a multi-channel retailer, we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

Our staff may have to fly around to hand-pick your items from our stores, in case it is sold out in our warehouse. If it will take longer to dispatch to you we will notify straight away via the email address you provided when ordering.

We deliver to many places including the UK, Europe, North America and other selected international destinations.

As we offer the option for purchases made at stanwellsrerun.com to be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, we may perform certain security checks prior to dispatching your order as a precaution. We will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

You will be emailed confirmation of your parcel being sent and this will contain a tracking number, when appropriate.

Delivery Charges

UK Delivery:
1. Standard Rate (under 1kg) £4:50 delivered up to 5 working days. 2. Standard Rate (1-2kg) £7:50 delivered up to 5 working days. 3. UK Next day delivery £9.00 (Monday - Saturday. Orders must be placed by 4.30pm to qualify).

EU Delivery:
1. Standard Rate (under 1kg) £6:50 delivered up to 5 working days. 2. Standard Rate (1-2kg) £8:50 delivered up to 5 working days. 3. EU Next day delivery £15.00 (Monday - Saturday. Orders must be placed by 4.30pm to qualify).

World-Wide Delivery:
1. Standard Rate (under 1kg) £9:50 delivered up to 5 working days. 2. Standard Rate (1-2kg) £11:50 delivered up to 5 working days. 3. EU Next day delivery £15.00 (Monday - Saturday. Orders must be placed by 4.30pm to qualify).

Customs & Import Charges

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay to the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Stanwells Re-run to you.

Returns

  • All items returned must have a Return Number as unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without all their labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Footwear will only be accepted back if returned in its original and undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return item.
  • Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried over underwear. Returns may not accepted if the strip has been removed (swim wear) or if the items are soiled and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

How to make a return

  1. Email returns@stanwellsrerun.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return number.
  2. Detail the return number on your Return form provided, and enclosed with the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. You must send the parcel back to Stanwells by guaranteed post. No returns will be accepted unless the sender details are on the parcel.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges. We will re-charge the card you made initial payment for your goods.
